Pokémon Champions’ Monthly Challenge Series returns from October 23 to October 26, 2026, with Sirfetch’d as a participation reward. Registration opens on October 16, and the competition uses Single Battles under Regulation Set M-C.

Enter through Battle → Online Competitions, then select the October Monthly Challenge. You can register after battles begin.
How to get Sirfetch’d
Finish at least three battles during the event to qualify for:
- Sirfetch’d
- 100 Quick Coupons
- MCS 10/2026 Challenger title
You don’t need three wins: losses count toward the requirement too. Once results are available, check them under Battle → Online Competitions, then collect your rewards from the in-game mailbox.
October Monthly Challenge rules
The competition uses Single Battles under Regulation Set M-C, with three Pokémon participating in each match and Mega Evolution permitted.

Unused battles carry over to later days, so missing a day does not immediately forfeit that day’s allowance. Complete at least three battles to have your results recorded and qualify for participation rewards. Rewards become available after the final results are tallied.

Titles for top finishers
Players who qualify can also earn a title based on their final placement:

Prepare your team before entering
Your team and Trainer details are saved when you register. Later edits won’t update your competition entry automatically.
Before the event begins, you can withdraw and register again to apply changes. Entries made after the competition starts cannot be withdrawn.

The October Monthly Challenge follows Regulation Set M-C, using the same eligible Pokémon roster as Ranked Battles Season M-7. The full list is grouped below by National Pokédex generation, with regional forms listed alongside their original species.
